Hi, I’m Prema, founder of Samuham Community Solutions. With over 15 years of experience, I am dedicated to creating equitable systems that aim to remove barriers that hinder organisational success. 


In particular, I am passionate about helping minority-led organisations across Australia promote sustainability and expansion within their organisation. My experience working across various departments, including HR, finance, and IT, has provided me with a holistic understanding of overall business operations and workflows. Experiencing these departments and how they operate fuels my passion for creating sustainable, inclusive solutions that make a real difference.
